About Carley Hauck
Carley is the President of Intuitive Wellness and works as an integrative life coach and wellness consultant with individuals and organizations. She holds a Masters Degree in health psychology and has backgrounds in yoga, meditation, coaching, nutrition, and psychotherapy. Carley teaches mindfulness as the first step to wellness. Carley is the lead mindfulness consultant for ongoing research at UCSF’s Osher Center for Integrative Medicine observing the long term benefits of mindfulness on weight loss and stress reduction.
