This amazing science holds the key to creating balanced digestion, optimizing weight, cultivating a quiet mind and maintaining meaningfulrelationships. In Ayurveda, balanced health encompasses the whole self: mind, body and Spirit.
In this class you will learn: the basic principles of Ayurveda, your unique constitution, how to create a daily routine for total mind/body balance, simple food and lifestyle practices for creating and maintaining balanced health.
