Topic: The Platinum Rule - Learning to connect by honoring personality styles
How many of you have been taught to live by the Golden Rule – to treat others they way you want to be treated? When does that work and do you even know when it fails you? In this workshop, you will learn a new concept called “the Platinum Rule”, where you will be given tools to understand yourself and others in a new way. Through this, you will find much more power in connecting with others with mutual authenticity on another level. The Platinum Rule creates communication bridges you never knew you lacked and allows you to develop more satisfying and successful relationships with your team, your clients, your friends and family, and even yourself.

She is committed to regularly surrounding herself with like‐minded individuals who aspire to higher levels of personal and professional development. She finds that some of the best learning she has encountered is in small, collaborative
groups who work together to innovate, envision, and master new abilities. Alice enjoys working with dentists, doctors, and their teams, to help inspire them to find their individual passion and then to live and
work in the center of this energy. She maintains professional affiliations with the Academy of General Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the American Academy of
Orofacial Pain, and the American Academy of Dental Sleep Medicine. She is proud to be an active member of the West Houston Chamber of Commerce, the Houston Chapter of the March of Dimes, and recently, the Houston Asian Women Empowered.
