The Third Annual Oyster Social, with Chef Charlie Palmer and the Aureole Team will take place on Sunday, September 21, 2014 at The Patio – Aureole’s new al fresco lounge. Guests will enjoy endless oysters, seafood creations, and seasonal fare paired with fine wines, bloody marys, beer and champagne while taking in the sounds of a local bluegrass band. Chef Palmer will be on hand to mingle with guests, shuck some oysters, and spread the word about a great cause.
This is a New York Oyster Week event and proceeds from this one-of-a-kind, non-for-profit shellfish shindig will benefit Citymeals-on-Wheels. Chef Palmer is a board member of Citymeals, which prepares and delivers meals and companionship to 17,000 homebound elderly New Yorkers.
