Menu will feature:
Amuse Bouche: Grilled crab stuffed heirloom tomatoes and grilled garlic bread.
Bready notes from Curve Ball provide a crisp contrast to lightly grilled flavors.
Smoked BBQ St. Louis pork ribs in two beer infused sauces.
Pair Alehouse Amber BBQ ribs with Oktoberfest to resonate with the BBQ seasonings and the smokey flavors.
Pair Apricot Thai Chili Ribs with Apricot Ale to enhance the fruit flavors.
Chili-marinated and BBQ’d free range chicken breast, grilled Romaine Ceasar salad, Mexican corn on the cobb, Spanish rice and bacon flavored pinto beans with queso fresco.
Broken Rake’s amber malts brings together grilled flavors.
Grilled Amber syrup angel food cake, with grilled spiced pineapple, beer berry coulis, and H7 infused coconut cream frosting.

Born in the Pacific Northwest, Pyramid Breweries, Inc. began in Kalama, WA as Hart Brewing in 1984 and launched the flagship brand of Pyramid Ales. In 1996, the company was reborn as Pyramid Breweries and currently offers craft beers produced under the Pyramid family of ales and lagers. With breweries in Seattle, WA, Portland, OR, and Berkeley, CA, Pyramid also owns Alehouses at all three locations and an additional Alehouse in Walnut Creek, CA.
