This workshop will help you assess differences in attachment organization, arousal biases and regulation strategies, and how to distinguish them from one another. Understanding the interplay of these dynamics in relationship will help you craft better interventions with your couple clients. This day of training is for professional clinicians and will speak to both beginner and advanced students of Dr. Tatkin's approach to couples therapy.

Stan Tatkin, PsyD, MFT, is a clinician, researcer, teacher, and developer of A Psychobiological Approach to Couples Therapy (PACT). He has a clinical practice in Calabasas, CA, where he has specialized for the last 15 years in working with couples and individuals who wish to be in relationships. Dr. Tatkin travels extensively throughout the world to train psychotherapists to use PACT in their clinical practice. He received his early training in developmental object relations, gestalt, psychodrama and family systems theory. Dr. Tatkin is a former President of the California Associaton of Marriage and Family Therapists and was voted Educator of the  Year by the same oraganization in 2014. He is the bestselling author of "Wired for Love" and "Your Brain on Love."
