High School Program key points:
- · Comprised of high school players only
- · 8 weeks starting June 4th
- · Monday and Wednesday
- · 9:15am – 10:30am
- · Maintenance strength training, rotational work, limited overhead activities, and agility work
- · Focus will be to keep players at optimal strength and speed throughout the 8 weeks of summer. Flexibility, shoulder health, and soft tissue manipulation will be key factors in the program.
