How to Join the Webinar
STEP 1: Join us online.
To join the online meeting and view the presentation, please click on the link below 5 minutes before the meeting starts.
If you find you're having trouble joining the meeting when you click on the URL above, try the following:
1. Select the entire URL above and copy it
2. Paste it into your web browser's URL address field at the top of your web browser window
3. Press your return key
STEP 2: Connect to the audio portion.
To connect to the audio portion of the meeting dial in to the conference call mentioned below. If you choose to use your computer speakers to hear the audio portion of this event, your ability to ask questions and make comments will be limited to the chat window. To ask questions and make comments verbally, connect to the teleconference using any phone by dialing the number below and following the subsequent voice prompts.
When prompted, enter this Participant Pin Code: 7284507#
Once connected, you’ll be able to hear what’s being said in the teleconference, but you may want to mute your phone by pressing *1, especially if you are on a cell phone or have background noises like a dog barking. When prompted by the DSC facilitator to ask your question, Press *1 on your phone to unmute it. After you have finished asking your question, press *1 to mute your phone. If you are having any problems with your phone conference portion, you can press *0 to speak to an operator.
