Rise of the Social Brand
While almost everyone recognizes the power of social to drive awareness and sales, only a few big brands have been able, or perhaps have chosen, to adapt and innovate. In this session you’ll hear about what works and what doesn’t when it comes to brands tackling the social space. (40 minutes)

Flash and Private Sales
While many dismissed them as a passing trend and/or product of a weak economy, private and flash sales sites have proven themselves anything but a fad. Content to Commerce
The wall between reporting on fashion and selling fashion has blurred. Today, instead of a separation between the two, there is almost natural to start with one and then offer the other. Our panelists share how they manage objectivity and why everyone wins when content and commerce come together.

Discovery continues to move from push to pull, and our panelists will discuss the new rules of discovery in a world of peer commerce.

The New Ecommerce – Experiential
For many brands, the internet has meant more headache than opportunity. They have indulged it only begrudgingly, seeing it as a channel ripe for brand degradation, counterfeit sales, and spitting out price sensitive users. We are seeing a shift, albeit a slow one, from pessimism to optimism as innovators prove that the internet can build upon the offline retail experience and enhance the brand experience. We are starting to see a shift from electronic commerce to experiential commerce.

Moderator: Lauren Indvik, Mashable
Panelists: Shauna Mei, Ahalife
Anthony Santagati III, Lacoste

Retail Disruption / Business Model Innovation
Technology innovations in conjunction with changes to manufacturing and distribution have come together, seemingly all at once, and force everyone to rethink how they shop and think of fashion and luxury. What are the opportunities and who are the biggest threads to traditional retail? Is it ecommerces as a subscription? The peer to peer just don’t call it Tupperware revolution? That’s what we’ll cover here.
