ASLA Hawaii 2012 Annual Meeting
Friday, November 2, 2012 from 5:45 PM to 9:00 PM (HST)
Come and enjoy a relaxing evening at the Waikiki Aquarium for the 2012 Annual Meeting. Doors will open at 5:45 for you to view the exhibits with a light dinner and drinks (included in the price) served at 6:15 pm. A short program will follow at 6:45 pm recapping the events of the past year and introduce the new HASLA board members for 2012-2013. The Aquarium exhibits will remain open until 9 pm which is the end time of our event. Kids are free and we encourage you to bring them! To get an accurate count, if you are bringing children please send an email to Kyle Sasaki at kyles@kilandarch to let him know how many will be attending.
Please note that everyone must prepay as the Aquarium will not allow us to collect money on their premises. Also please do not park in the 9 parking stalls in the Aquarium lot as these will be needed for deliveries and the Executive Committee to set up for the event. Parking is available along Kapiolani Park which should be free after 6 pm.
We hope to see you all there!
