Ask the Mayor to feature public safety conversation and police chief nominee
Ask the Mayor’s new format features a live audience and a topic of focus during the second half of the hour-long TV program. During the first half of the show, Mayor Ed Murray will join host Brian Callanan to discuss a range of city issues. Murray will answer questions posed by a live audience as well as viewer inquiries submitted via e-mail and social media.
With Seattle shaken by the latest wave of gun violence, the topic will turn to public safety. Joining the mayor in the conversation will be the new police chief, Kathleen O’Toole.
There is no cost to attend the live broadcast, however seating is limited and advance registration is strongly encouraged.
Doors open: 6 p.m.
