A quick bite of food in the streets is a part of everyday life in many Asian counties. Using simple techniques and fresh ingredients food is created in not time.
Okonomyaki is a quick pancake made of vegetables and meat then fried on a flat top and given a helping of toppings to pull it all together.
Clay pot chicken is a great dish using a traditional earthenware bowl which gives the rice great flavor and texture.
Satay Chicken with peanut sauce is a popular skewer grilled over a very hot flame.
Fried Fish Balls are a great by themselves or better by various dipping sauces.
Cream Puffs are found in several countries and we'll end our adventure with giant versions.
