Friday, March 21, 2014 from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM (AZOT)
Back by popular demand, we are doing this class again in March. You will be amazed with your ability to create such wonderful dishes.
Pho - Vietnamese Pho (beef noodle soup) is a broth based soup that has many medicinal herbs and spices that permeate and provide fragrance to the dish. We'll create the chicken noodle soup of the South East Asia.
Chow Mein - The Chinese invented the noodle and this dish has been a staple ever since. With fresh garden vegetables and tender pieces of meat, we'll show you the proper technique in making this dish perfectly.
Pad Thai - The combination of salty, sweet, sour, hot and more hot come together in the national dish of Thailand. Rice noodles can be difficult to work with but once you get the hang of it, you'll never look at restaurant Pad Thai quite the same.
Yakisoba - Stir fried noodles with a variety of ingredients that is often served as a quick meal.
Korean Glass Noodles (Chopchae) - A side benefit from this dish is that its Gluten Free, so if you've been limited to cardboard tasting pasta alternatives, this is one dish that will be quite satistying. We'll be careful with the spices on this one.
Cost is $90. Class begins at 6:30pm and last approximately 2.5 hours. Slurping is highly recommended.
