About the workout:
Boot camp is a challenging, fun and effective fitness program designed to deliver maximum results. We combine activities like push-ups, agility exercises,resistance training, abdominals, power squats, speed drills, obstacle courses and endurance challenges to create a fun and rewarding total body workout.
What you need: Mat, towel, water, pair of dumbbells (5-20 lbs) and a positive attitude
Location: The Grove 1195 E Main St Asgland, OR
Days and times:
Mon, Wed and Fri @ 6am
Tue & Thu @ 5.30pm
Sat @ 8am
Cost: Get a punch card for 6 or 12 workouts and join us anytime.
24 workouts available each month to chose from: mornings, evenings and weekends!
