About the speakers:
Richard Markuson is with the Pacific Advocacy Group, a government relations firm focused on the unique business needs of licensed professionals engaged in construction and design in California. He directed all aspects of the Government Relations programs for Consulting Engineers and Land Surveyors of California and Western Electrical Contractors including regulatory advocacy, and legislative proposals.
Lance Larson is with the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) and has over 20 years of public and private sector service in California and Washington D.C. He served as long-standing senior aide of the California Congressional delegation and key advisor to the Chairman of the House Policy Committee. Mr. Larson also served as the Legislative Coordinator for the Policy Committee of the House of Representatives for U.S. Rep Christopher Cox. He served as Director of Legislative Affairs for the County of San Bernardino.
