Event Details

Due to the current situation at Congress Theater and the City of

Chicago's building department, we were notified yesterday that the

theater can not be used or open to the public in time for this event

. Although we were placed in this situation two days before the event

, REST ASSURED!! We at Artopia Chicago care about our vendors,

artists, guests, musicians, sponsors, and everyone involved with this

event. THE EVENT WILL GO ON TOMORROW!!! We care about the

community and the arts and have secured a great location for the event

in the creative arts district of Pilsen. The event will be held at the

Chicago Urban Art Society which adds an amazing artistic and

underground feel to the event. Also, we have even better news! With

tomorrow being a great summer day, the event will now be held both

indoors and outdoors!! Bring your sunblock!! We apologize for any

inconveniences this may cause anyone, but again we were forced into

this impossible situation of moving the event with less than two days

notice, and have worked endlessly to make sure the event was not

canceled affecting everyone involved.

The new event location is:

Chicago Urban Art Society
600 W. Cermak
Chicago, IL 60616
