A showcase of 5 different acts throughout the evening in an "In the Round" type setting. This is a laid back style concert where artists will take turns sharing their stories, poetry and songs to the audience. It's more than just a show, but an experience!

New Orleans native, Anitra Jay is a R&B/Soul Singer-Songwriter. Her music is a sweet down-to-earth blend of soul and poetry with modern sensibilities. Sara Corbin is a singer/songwriter and guitar player who has been performing in and around the Charlotte NC area for the past 2 years. She has performed at such venues as Big Ben's British Pub, Jackalope Jack's, The Wine Vault, Joe's Sports Bar, and many more. Heavily influence by the songwriting styles of the 90's, her music has been compared to artists such as Jewel, Lisa Loeb, and Sheryl Crow. Her first full-length original album, All I Know, is scheduled for release in the spring/summer of 2013.

Long-Island native, Nicole Monroe began writing at the age of 13. She begin using music as an outlet for her sensitive nature. Now, years later, she has performed for audiences from Boston down to Charlotte and is raising funds to record her second EP, from which she will donate a percentage of profits to local charities.
A self-described ArteSano (artisan), Jose Vazquez was born in Mexico and has resided in Charlotte, NC since 1996. Jose writes poetry and prose and is also a photographer who creates sculptures and paintings mostly with found materials. Vazquez believes that things, like people deserve a second chance. But don't ask him to sing!
