Greetings Chocolate and Wine Lovers:
Culinary herbs and flowers (lavender included) add a delightful and exotic flavor to organic dark chocolates. In this hands-on intimate Artisan Chocolates class (limit 15), you’ll make exquisite chocolates with different organic herbs and flowers, which we'll relish with a Chateau de Seguin Bordeaux Superior 2013, an amazing red wine from south of France.
We'll even raffle a bottle at the end of the class.
You'll leave the class with samples of your artistic creations and a small bag of organic culinary lavender. Chocolate boxes, ribbon, raffia and labels will be provided so you can beautifully package these unique chocolates as gifts or for your own enjoyment. These amazing artisan chocolates make great gifts and holiday treats with wine or champagne.
