What is Art on the Roof?
Art on the Roof is a sky high solution to selling art at a new level. In cities across America, each pop-up art benefit takes the artist out of the studio, the benefit out of the hotel ballroom, and the art lover out of the gallery. Shake, stir and enjoy as artists and art enthusiasts come together to benefit the community amidst art framed by the sunset.
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
We love kids, but this event is 18+.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
MassChallenge is located on the 14th floor of One Marina Park Drive (for GPS purposes: 55 Northern Avenue) on Boston’s Waterfront. It is a tall glass building, next to the ICA - just a short walk from downtown and easily accessible by public transportation. When driving, it is just two blocks from the I-93 and Mass Turnpike off-ramps.
PUBLIC TRANSIT (Bonus - free next day art delivery when you take the T or ferry to the event!)
We highly recommend taking the T as parking may be more difficult to locate given that the ICA has extended hours from 5 - 9 pm for their ICA Free Thursday Nights.
Take the MBTA Red Line to South Station and transfer to the Silver Line Waterfront. MassChallenge is short walk from either World Trade Center or Courthouse station.
You may take the Rowes Wharf Water Transport ferry from one of their numerous stops to the Seaport World Trade Center, just minutes from the One Marina Park Drive. Rowes Wharf Water Transport provides year-round passenger water transportation throughout Boston Harbor. For reservations, call 617-406-8584.
DRIVING & PARKING
When driving, the event is located just two blocks from the I-93 and Mass Turnpike off-ramps.
There are numerous parking spaces and lots near One Marina Park Drive: In the building (hourly rate up to $20 total, credit cards accepted), in front of the ICA ($15, cash/credit cards), in front of Anthony's Pier 4 ($12, cash only), and The Seaport Hotel. There are also additional lots on Seaport Boulevard, Northern Avenue, and Congress Street. On-street metered parking can be found along Northern Avenue, Seaport Avenue, and several side streets in the surrounding neighborhood.
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?

No, tickets may be shown electronically at the door (i.e. smartphone, iPad, etc.).
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable, but are transferable - see above.
