Executive Workshop Series
CollabWorks is proud to sponsor an executive workshop featuring Bob Sutton, Stanford Professor and acclaimed author. We will be treated to an interview and discussion of his new book, Scaling Up Excellence. (His co-author is Huggy Rao). The topic is highly relevant as organizations strive to be more lean, agile, and attractive. As start-ups grow/scale they tend to lose that entrepreneurial magic and instead layer in processes, structure, and controls designed to improve predictability. Ironically, the need for predictable financial performance leads to inertia, wasted work and talent, and low engagement scores.
Please accept our invitation to join other executives as we debate the causes of declining excellence and how to keep or reinvent a scalable model of excellence. This highly interactive workshop is from 11am to 1:30pm on January 30th at the Technology Museum in San Jose.
Each participating executive will receive a copy of Scaling Up Excellence. (http://scalingupexcellence.com (not available to the public until February 4th).
This workshop sponsored by CollabWorks as part of a new series called: People Disrupting Technology. We welcome your contribution!
