ArcadiaCon is a convention held on the island of Galveston, Texas that is for all gamers and technology lovers! The convention was started by Snaju LLC and McProHosting LLC for a way to give back to the community, and to bring the community together as one to have fun!
The convention facility is right on the beach and the island has many Hotels, and Beach Houses that you can stay at that ar right on the beach.

A Message from ArcadiaCon!
Hello Everyone! We are excited to say we are less than 30 days away from the convention, and with that, we have some information to share with you all about the convention and how everything is going to be working!
Many of you are properly wondering how you will be getting your badges and many other questions just like that. We have broken up all the key points below so you can plan accordingly.
During the whole convention, all attendees and staff will be required to wear their ArcadiaCon issued badge. This helps us keep track of who is where and if you are supposed to be in the convention. We take security very seriously, and we want to make sure all the attendees are safe during the convention.
All minors below the age of 14 MUST have a parent/ guardian with them during the convention.
Badges and Check-In
All attendees are required to check-in to the convention upon arrival. For check-in, you will need to bring the following items so we can move you though in a quick manner.
- Your ticket printed, or your ticket pulled up on your phone or tablet
- A picture ID with your name on it
- A Smile J
We will be running check-in or registration during the following hours; you can find the registration area through the east entrance of the building (right when facing from beach).
Friday June 6th : 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday June 7th : 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Sunday June 8th : 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM
Below you can find a link to see the current schedule of events for the convention. This can change, so we will be handing out a final schedule when you check-in with your ticket.
If you pre-ordered your shirt when buying a ticket you may pick them up in the registration area, you will need to provide a picture ID and your event badge to pick your shirt up. If you did not pre-order your shirts online, we will have a limited amount of extras that can be purchased on the first day of the convention at the ArcadiaCon Booth in the Exhibit Hall.
Cade Dinner Tickets
If you bought seat to the Cade Dinner, you can pick up your dinner ticket at check-in, if you bought the Cade Dinner as an add-on to your ticket you will need to bring a printout of you receipt of the order and bring it with you. If you bought the Cade Dinner as a separate ticket, you just need to bring that to Check-In!
If you did not get a chance to buy a Cade Dinner ticket and you wish to attend you may buy one in the Registration area on Friday or Saturday.

*The dinner is open seating as long as you have a ticket, so seats are first comes first serve.
