Aqua Bar is a flavor driven, down-to-earth restaurant where fine dining meets casual charm with a focus on seafood and a craft beer & martinis influenced bar that will appeal to cocktail and beer lovers alike. The menu aims to reflect seasonally inspired fresh cooking and fills a void in the local dining scene by providing a seafood destination

Amid the high ceilings and walls dotted with paintings from local artists, you will more often find Aqua's friendly owners tending bar, making friends and serving up a extensive selection of craft beers and signature martinis. Though you might not know it from the outside, the kitchen at Aqua Bar and Grill, part of a hotel building from the 1940s, is the site of a nightly culinary summit. There, flavorful representatives from Cajun and Caribbean traditions meet to form a menu that includes cajun sandwiches, penne pasta tossed with three kinds of sausage and jambalaya, top sirloin steak, coconut shrimp, crab-stuffed mushrooms, and crab legs. Executive chef Chris Kocsis features seasonal American fare with emphasis on seafood that complements the well rounded wine list and selection of more than 50 craft beers.
