Join Green Vegetarian Cuisine Executive Chef Mike on Tuesday, April 29, 6:30 p.m. in the CIA Cooking Class Kitchen, 312 Pearl Pkwy, 2nd Floor.
There are two themes this evenings class -- Executive Chef Mike Behrend will introduce you to the art of making delicious vegan items through canning. Plus you'll be able to sample and learn about Green's new intiative, Earth Burger. Earth Burger will be a fast-food vegetarian and vegan drive thru in the Park North Shopping Center at NW Loop 410 & Blanco Rd.
Each class will combine discussion and cooking demonstrations, and ends with a delicious dinner for everyone.
During the class you'll receive a four course meal, drink and recipes.
Seating is limited.
