The employment workshop will consist of a classroom session beginning at one hour prior to the start at the Hiring Our Heroes hiring fair; followed by GE's own veteran employees conducting one-on-one mentoring sessions with all pre-registered participants. Mentoring sessions focus on resume building, resume writing, and interviewing techniques for all job-seeking veterans’ and active service member participants, and military spouses.
Interested candidates must complete this FREE electronic pre-registration in order to participate. A maximum of 50 participants will be accepted for the full workshop. Once the pre-registered candidates have had their coaching sessions, the opportunity will be available for “walk ins” to have a coaching session through the end of the Fair.
