A casual, mini book club rooted in the science of positive psychology and Appreciative Inquiry method to boost your energy and improve your overall sense of well-being. Using Jackie Kelm's book, Appreciative Living: The Principles of Appreciative Inquiry in Daily Life, we come together once a week for a month to learn new habits to stop focusing on problems and do more of what works.
