To be held on January 26, 2013, the “AnyMeeting WebRTC Hackathon,” encourages engineers, designers, product managers, marketers and entrepreneurs to come together and work on building a new project, product or service involving WebRTC in an intense 12 hour hack session.

Thought to be a major game changing technology, WebRTC is an open framework for the web that enables Real Time Communications in the browser. It includes the fundamental building blocks for high quality communications on the web such as network, audio and video components used in voice and video chat applications.

For Participants
The event will begin with a keynote address by AnyMeeting’s CEO, Costin Tuculescu, and a guest speaker (to be announced shortly). Contestants will then break into teams, and the event will officially begin. At the end of the session, each team will have time to present and answer questions about their project, and an awards ceremony will follow.

Consistently looking to inspire the great spirit of innovation and foster competition, AnyMeeting is offering a grand prize of $5,000 to the winning team. Follow up prizes will be awarded as well. Space is limited - get your ticket today!

For Sponsors
Our sponsors include, Influxis, a live streaming and real-time application hosting provider, and TokBox, an online video communications provider that announced support for WebRTC back in August of 2012.
