Anton began his yoga journey just a short time ago, in search of stress relief. What he found has become the greatest passion of his life! www.antonyoga.com He received his 200 hr teacher training certificate from At One Yoga in Scottsdale, AZ and has completed the YogaWorks Bridge program. Anton is one of the faculty teachers for the LifePower Yoga (Yoga Alliance certified) teacher training program at LifePower Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona. He has a full schedule of classes and workshops at LifePower Scottsdale, Summits Flow at McDowell Mountain Ranch, Blissful Yoga at the Scottsdale Quarter and private classes as well. He has also been selected to be a Lululemon Athletica Ambassador. He represents Lululemon’s company and goal-oriented lifestyle, spreading yoga and joy to the community.
His knowledge and love of the human body helps him teach the physical practice of yoga, but his passion and love for life help him share the deeper meaning of yoga with those around him! Anton has his degree in Kinesiolgy from Arizona State University and is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. He works for FitLife Scottsdale, a fitness and sports conditioning studio, training athletes of all ages and levels. Always the student Anton is grateful for all his amazing teachers! He has studied under John Salisbury, Jenn Chiarelli, Alex Austin, Vanessa Lee, Darren Rhodes, Vinnie Marino, Brock and Krista Cahill, Brian Kest, Rolf Gates, Simon Park, Dice Iida-Klein, Desiree Lapre, Sara Ivanhoe, Malachai Melville, and Julie Boyd. He uses his extensive knowledge in kinesiology (the science of movement of the body), to create dynamic sequences with fluid, smooth transitions that balance and challenge the movement and muscles of the body while calming the fluctuations (chitta-vritti ) of the mind. His hands-on adjustments compassionately help guide students into proper alignment and deeper yin stretching poses. Anton’s class will leave you inspired and full of passion and gratitude for every breath, step, pose, and moment you get to take!
