600 North 36th Street,

Fremont/Seattle, Washington 98103

The Fashion Media Project, an effort created by The Thornhill Design Laboratory, has spent more than 2 years evaluating possibilities to tie broadcast radio in with the fashion industry.

While building a full transmedia model, 2 options in the package were positioned as test vehicles.

The first is Fashion Bloggers Connecting “A Very Stylish Mixer.” This 2013 test has escalated from a simple test to build connections and camaraderie to a full 2014 schedule of quarterly events and a possible travel club. (see the attached)

Next will be a monthly radio show. With a crew of writers, new media devotees and experienced producers, the 30-minute show will go into production in December 2013.

For Fashion Stories Radio, what’s on the air?

Business & Financial News, Update Bulletins, Intelligent Interviews,

The Up-to-date Calendar, A Real Editorial Comment, Programming Promotions,

Cross-promotions From Our Transmedia Affiliates And Periodic Creative Specials.

In The Studio

For initial services in audio production and post-production, we are members at

Jack Straw Productions in Seattle, Washington. We have also entered into an

agreement for continuing production with NPR West in Culver City, California.

From beginning to end the production will be dependent on a digital platform. Research for news stories is carried out with interactive digital tools. Scheduling, production and post-production have the benefit of state-of-the-art digital studios and equipment. For distribution, the shows will be captured, stored, aired and archives in a pure digital format. In syndication, the receiving stations will be consulted to be sure that all systems are synchronized from administration to delivery.

Technology purveyors have been interviewed to be sure that the horizon-bending professional and consumer electronics are being considered. Potential sponsors have expressed their administration for the clean, efficient structure being assembled.

Secondary markets for “Fashion Stories Radio’ will be easier to access because of the comprehensive plan, diagram and digital technology-based flow.

HD Radio will be primary ingredient in this mix.

A full subscription program will be created to provide listeners with connectivity to the show. Those opting for membership, and therefore receipt of the program, will also have events, audio specials and merchandise as a part of their membership.

Building the last layer of the landscape will require a solid team of design, technology and software professionals. This Saturday, the public is invited to discuss these projections, the models and the skills necessary to be a part of this crew.

You are invited to participate.

Thus far we have an Interim Producer, an Associate Producer for Administration, a Syndication Manager and starting soon, a contractor for Subscriber Technology and Digital Integration.

Additional positions will be filled in November and December. We expect the first to be On-Air Personnel, the Managing Editor, Project Research, News Writers, Editorial Research – Editorial,

Financial Planning, Partners & Sponsorship Relations and Marketing Planning.

Of course we can’t do much in the studio without our Recording Engineer, Post-Production / Music and a dedicated Distribution team.

We are well on our way with two partners. Now we can turn our attention to finding a Presenting Sponsor (1), Major Sponsors (3) and Support Sponsors (5).
