Take a step back in time to enjoy another one of those ancient grains that has been making its way back into the modern American diet. Millet is the name given to a variety of different small-seeded grains that stem from the grass family Poaceae. Archeological evidence dates cultivation as far back as 8,300 BCE in different parts of Asia. Join Chef Lenning to learn more about this highly nutritious naturally gluten-free grain, while he prepares some creative dishes for you to sample.
