Analysis of Student Work Training - November 19-20, 2013

This two day training provides mentors with tools and strategies for helping beginning teachers identify student needs, plan for differentiated instruction, and ensure equitable learning outcomes. Upon completion of training, participants will be able to:
• Intensify coaching expertise
• Analyze student work
• Use student work analysis for planning lessons
• Differentiate instruction
The training will be held November 19-20, 2013 on the campus of Winthrop University, room 401 in the Withers/W.T.S. The training will be conducted by Carolyn Grant, Director, Office of Field and Clinical Experiences, Winthrop University, and Jason Fulmer and Jenna Hallman of C.E.R.R.A.
The training will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 4:00 p.m each day.
Participants must have completed the 3-day South Carolina "Foundations in Mentoring" training in order to attend.
