USC is in the last year of unprecedented sanctions imposed by the NCAA. Given the nature of the proceedings, questions arise regarding the severity of the sanctions, especially when comparing to others schools similarly situated.
Derrick Crawford is the Managing Director of Enforcement for Investigations & Processing for the NCAA and has agreed to address issues confronting the NCAA during an hour long presentation on February 19, 2014 at the County Bar Building sponsored by the William L. Todd, Jr. Inn of Court. Len Simon is a sports law professor at USD who will moderate a discussion that promises to be equal parts fascinating and revealing.
This event is open to Trojan Club members interested in this exceptional opportunity to hear from the NCAA. Time will be allotted for questions, so come prepared. After an hour presentation, a dinner buffet will be served.
