About Allie Kingsley: Allie Kingsley is a novelist with over a decade of experience working side by side with legends in the fashion and entertainment industries. Her self-titled novels, co-authored celebrity books, and online musings address hot topics in pop culture, fashion, beauty, art and lifestyle. Never at a loss for words or lacking frequent flyer miles, Allie dashes between NYC and LA with her darling dog, Bella.
About Kendra: Kendra Gratteri is an e-commerce entrepreneur, cross-category fashion designer and business development junkie. Her foray into fashion happened when launching a handbag line in her living room, and the rest was history.
She was soon recruited by Urban Outfitters to join their Buying Group, and then moved to Los Angeles a few years later to launch her own RTW label called Lynn/Linh that became a darling of retailers like Bloomingdales, Nordstrom and Lane Crawford. Looking to expend her retail knowledge at a global level, she took the position of Creative Director at Forever 21, and for the next several years, launched the TwelvexTwelve shop-in-shop concept and Designer Collaborations for the fast-fashion retailer.
Kendra’s most recent entrepreneurial adventure began with her involvement in the launch of Beachmint four years ago. The Santa Monica-based social commerce company that houses the Jewelmint, Stylemint, Shoemint and Intimint brands is where she currently resides as the Director of Merchandising and Design.
