A sampling of some of our best local cheeses. You'll be tasting over TEN of our favorites produced in Wisconsin, Iowa, and Minnesota. We will be hitting a wide variety including cheeses made from cow, goat, and sheep's milk. There will be plenty to learn and plenty to discuss as we work through some of the best the Midwest has to offer. Take your knowledge and impress your friends with how much you know about local cheese. *This class will include cheese pairing that feature cured meat and gluten.
