Featuring recipes from both authors’ cookbooks, “Pure Beef: An Essential Guide to Artisan Meat with Recipes for Every Cut” and “Ripe: A Fresh, Colorful Approach to Fruits and Vegetables,” the menu will be comprised of all local artisan beef and produce. Lynne and Cheryl will lead conversations about each course and be available to sign copies of their cookbooks throughout the evening.
