Micah Cadwell at Red Light Café, Atlanta, GAJazz guitarist Micah Cadwell has performed throughout the southeast with many incredible musicians, most notably Matthew Kaminksi, Gwen Hughes, and Laura Coyle. In 2004 he and organist, Matthew Kaminksi, released "Photograph" a jazz record that featured original compositions by both musicians. Then, in 2010, he was featured on two tracks on Matthew Kaminski's second album, Taking My Time.

In 2013, he released his first Americana, folk project, entitled Honawolf. While primarily a guitarist, this project allowed him to explore different musical instruments and textures. He played guitar, dobro, mandolin, piano, and ukulele on the album.

At the beginning of 2014, he began playing guitar with Cigar Store Indians. The well-established rockabilly band has plans to release their fourth studio album later this year with a tour to follow.

He is currently working on a solo project prominently featuring the mandolin and guitar in a more traditional folk setting. This record will include jazz standards, contemporary covers, and original material.

The Cook Trio at Red Light Café, Atlanta, GAFormed in April 2005, The Cook Trio consists of Ian Cook, Jason Cook and Kyle Jones, who were brought together by their common love of Django Reinhardt's passionate music and anarchic spirit. Their music speaks of Jazz's original eroticism and wartime Paris' unquenchable thirst for life. The jagged rhythms they turn out evoke not only the bowels of a smoky bistro, but the soul of a time when people tackled each moment with palpable urgency. Many other influences color their performances: with over 100 songs in their repertoire, a live performance is just as likely to yield tunes by Cole Porter, Rodgers and Hammerstein, Miles, Trane, or Monk.

With the release of their latest album Uproar, The Cook Trio renders their vintage ambience with the most modern and polished approach to date. Nearly two years in the making, Uproar features both classic tunes and contemporary ones, all true to the Gypsy Jazz style of legendary guitarist Django Reinhardt. Uproar was recorded live without overdubs over the course of five days by Mark Brasel at North Avenue Studios in DeLand, Florida. It was mixed by Jason Cook and then mastered at Studio Ferber in Paris, France by Benjamin Joubert. Cover Photography was provided by Jonathan Goforth.
