AMM: Dutch Club Annual Membership Meeting and New year's Reception

Be involved in your Club!

All members of the Club are kindly invited to join us for the Annual Membership Meeting.

Your board will look back on 2014 and present an overview of the events of 2015 as well as present a financial report. Members can also provide input on both past as well as future events.

After that, the proposed new members of the board will be presented, and we will proceed with the elections. We need at least 20 voting members (one member = one family = one vote) to elect the new 2015 board.

And of course the best way to celebrate the installation of new board is a New Year's "borrel" with drinks, bitterballen, oliebollen and other Snacks.

PLEASE NOTE: PAID 2015 MEMBERSHIP OF THE DUTCH CLUB OF CHICAGO IS REQUIRED TO BE ABLE TO ATTEND THIS EVENT!
