American Heart Association TCC Meeting in San Jose, CA on January 16

Dear TCC from Santa Clara, Santa Cruz, San Mateo and San Francisco County:
You and one guest are invited to attend a TCC Meeting, hosted by Sharon Brockett, your AHA Account Manager in Northern California & Nevada. The TCC Meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, January 16th from 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM at the San Jose Fire Department – Training. Complimentary lunch is included.
Space is limited to the first 45 TCCs and a named guest. Registration is required to confirm your RSVP seating. Registration will close at 5pm on January 11th or prior if seating capacity has been met. Should you not be able to attend this meeting, which is open to TCCs from the four-county area, similar but separate meetings will be held later in 2013 for TCCs to attend in various counties within the state.
The San Jose, CA TCC Meeting Agenda will include (but is not limited to):
- TC Administration including Instructor Network and My Courses; role of TCFs; TC Application Process; Quality Business Reviews
- Blended Learning: what is it and how to manage Skills Sessions
- PEARS overview of 2010 update course and identify target audiences
- Q and A
