"American Cybersecurity: Policy After the Snowden Affair"
 

David Fidler is one of the leading experts on the relationship between international law and cyberspace, cybersecurity law and policy and other international law affairs. He is a professor at Indiana University's Maurer School of Law. He is a fellow at the Indiana University Center for Applied Cybersecurity Research. He is also a member of the Executive Committee of the American Society of International Law's Interest Group on International Law and Technology.
