Amazing Homemade Soup & Bread with Brooklyn Homesteader
Sunday, November 13, 2011 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM (EST)
The cold weather is rolling in and nothing warms the home and the soul more than a big pot of savory soup on the stove and a loaf of homemade bread baking in the oven!
In this class you will learn how to make the BEST soups on a budget. From stock to stew, we'll go through each step to ensure each spoonful is bursting with amazing flavor. Never make a watery, bland soup again!
Of course no soup is complete without a chunk of crusty bread to accompany it, so Meg will show you how to make a simple, but hearty rustic loaf that is perfect for sandwiches and sopping up every last drop of broth.
At the end of the class, we'll enjoy a vegetarian soup that Meg prepared earlier with some home brewed beer.
The cost of the class is $25 and includes all materials.
