The AllPeopleBeHappy foundation is proud to introduce Deogratias “Deo” Niyizonkiza, the protagonist of Tracy Kidder’s best-selling biography, Strength in What Remains, and founder of Village Health Works.  Deo will speak about the vision, goals, and remarkable accomplishments of Village Health Works (VHW). From the building of a road to the hospital in Kigutu, Burundi, to the recent launch of a preschool program, VHW is a shining example of an organization with grassroots support and a willingness to address the many needs of the community of it supports.
