Join him for a five-course menu of awesome squash dishes including Shrimp, Scampi style, with Roasted Spaghetti Squash, Acorn Squash en Agrodolce with Wild Arugula, goat cheese and a Champagne Vinaigrette, Butternut Squash and Black-Eyed Pea Soup with Pumpkin Oil, Risotto with Butternut Squash and Scallions, and finally Crêpes with Roasted Squash Purée and Chocolate. $50

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
