A unique event designed with fathers of elementary aged children in mind. Fathers and children will be guided through age appropriate football drills designed for fathers to encourage and challenge their children.

Tony Dungy

Tony Dungy led the Indianapolis Colts to Super Bowl victory on February 4, 2007, the first such win for an African American head coach. Dungy established another NFL first by leading his teams to the playoffs for ten consecutive years. Dungy joined the Colts in 2002 after serving as the most successful head coach in Tampa Bay Buccaneers history. He has also held assistant coaching positions with the University of Minnesota, Pittsburgh Steelers, Kansas City Chiefs, and Minnesota Vikings. Before becoming a coach, Dungy played three seasons in the NFL and won a Super Bowl with the Pittsburgh Steelers in 1978.

Mark Merrill

Mark Merrill is the founder and president of Family First, a national non-profit organization dedicated to strengthening the family. Mark hosts the Family Minute with Mark Merrill, a nationally syndicated daily radio program. He has appeared on NBC’s Today Show, numerous ABC, CBS, FOX and NBC network affiliates and national radio programs. His comments and writings have appeared in publications including USA Today, the Washington Times, and Sports Illustrated. Mark is also the author of a new book, All Pro Dad – Seven Essentials to Be a Hero to Your Kids. As an energetic advocate for the family, Mark speaks at conferences and events hosted by major companies and organizations, NFL teams, as well as special engagements for dignitaries. Before founding Family First in 1991, Mark practiced law in Florida for seven years. Mark and his wife, Susan, live in Tampa, Florida and have five children.

Clark Kellogg

Clark C. Kellogg is a TV Color Analyst and receives national notoriety for his work on college basketball telecasts. In July 2010, he was named Vice President of Player Relations for the Indiana Pacers. Mr. Kellogg has done television commentating for Cleveland State University, the Big East Television Network and ESPN. In December 2008 he became the lead analyst for CBS’ coverage of college basketball after serving as a game and studio analyst for over a decade. He was the lead studio analyst from 1997-2008 and has been with CBS since 1993.

He is a former first-round draft pick of the Pacers (1982, eighth selection overall) and played five seasons with the team. Chronic knee problems forced him to retire after career averages of 18.9 points and 9.6 rebounds per game as well as a unanimous selection to the 1983 NBA All-Rookie Team.

In his free time, Mr. Kellogg volunteers his time and resources to various organizations, including the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Athletes In Action, United Way, and the American Red Cross. Mr. Kellogg is a native of Cleveland, Ohio, and attended The Ohio State University where he was the Big Ten’s MVP in 1982. He received his degree from Ohio State in 1996. He and his wife, Rosy, have three children, Talisa, Alex and Nicholas and reside in Westerville, Ohio.

Tommy Bowden

*Coach Tommy Bowden* is the former college football coach for Clemson University from 1999-2008. He is the son of former Florida State Seminoles head coach Bobby Bowden. Tommy holds a record as head coach for 90 wins in eleven and a half years and never had a losing season. He is 3-time conference coach of the Year (Conference USA, and twice ACC Coach of the Year). He is also 2-time Bear Bryant Coach of the Year Finalist. Along with being an award-winning coach, Tommy has been actively involved with faith-based speaking for at least 20 years. He has been involved with the Fellowship of Christian Athletes for over 30 years and speaker for fundraisers and conferences.

Lorenzo Neal

Born and raised in the Central Valley, Lorenzo Neal went on to be a star football player at Fresno State and was later drafted to the NFL by the New Orleans Saints in 1993. A four-time Pro Bowl selection and three-time All-Pro selection, Neal has also been a member of the New York Jets, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Tennessee Titans, Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens, Oakland Raiders and his “home team” the San Diego Chargers. He is the Founder of Fan Foods Inc, and continues to be involved with professional sports by hosting a variety of talk shows and radio shows during the NFL season.

Hunter Smith

Hunter Smith a unique blend of performing artist and professional athlete. Hunter recently released a new album, Green, and a new book, The Jersey Effect, designed to teach important life lessons to athletes, coaches, and parents about how to keep sports in proper perspective. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, Hunter was drafted by and played for the Indianapolis Colts for ten seasons, during which he received many honors, including being named to the NFL All-Rookie Team and three-time alternate to the Pro Bowl. Hunter signed as a free agent with the Washington Redskins in 2009, where he played for two seasons. He officially retired from professional football in 2011. He and his wife, Jennifer, reside in Zionsville, Indiana, with their three children Josiah, Samuel, and Lydia.
