Come learn how to empower the next generation of Memphians by getting involved with this cutting-edge movement as advocates, mentors, volunteers and voters.

MULYP

Memphis Urban League Young Professionals (MULYP) is a service oriented leadership organization designed to support the objectives of the National Urban League, Memphis Urban League, and National Urban League Young Professionals.  Our mission is to promote the development of young professionals (ages 21-40) in the Memphis area and to serve our affiliates through social and community action. Our empowerment platform includes five main areas:

  1. Financial Literacy and Empowerment
  2. Youth Mentoring and Development
  3. Civic Engagement and Advocacy
  4. Personal and Professional Development
  5. Health Literacy and Advocacy

Memphis Urban League Young Professionals' primary objective is to support the objectives of the Memphis Urban League, National Urban League and the National Urban League Young Professionals.  We also strive to make a positive impact in in the Greater Memphis area through the efforts of young, committed, and talented Memphis residents. Although we are only in our ninth year as a Young Professional Chapter, we are growing at a rapid pace.  Join the Movement!
