When & Where
Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy & Asthma Research at Stanford University
The Sean N. Parker Center for Allergy & Asthma Research at Stanford University is the first center of its kind, aiming to not only to find better treatments for children and adults with allergies, but to discover underlying immune mechanisms against the disease and develop a lasting cure.
Led by Dr. Kari Nadeau, a trailblazer in allergy research, our interdisciplinary center focuses on understanding the mechanisms of the immune system, the dysfunctions of which result in allergic reactions.
The Center leads or participates in many clinical trials to develop new therapies for allergic disorders. Our studies include a wide range of patients, representing a diverse group of ethnicities and socioeconomic backgrounds. We offer equal opportunity to all people with allergies, so long as they are eligible based on study parameters.
