Genetics and Environmental Mutagenesis Society
GEMS is a regional science/technology society initiated in 1982 to provide a forum for current topics relevant to environmental mutagenesis. The Society presents two annual meetings and other related events for its members, sponsors in central North Carolina.
We encourage all registrants to attend the business meeting. WE NEED YOUR INPUT!!! The Board will discuss amending the focus of GEMS, it's goals, and directions. Please plan to stay for the entire meeting.
ATTENTION!!! Please note that due to a conflict with another regional meeting, the GEMS Fall Meeting date has changed from October 18 to NOVEMBER 8, 2012. Please spread the word to your colleagues.
