The 6th Biennial Ole Skool BBall (OSBB) less than 2 months away. To date we have received deposits and registration forms from approximately 70 people.
As stated in previous letters we believe the 2013 Ole Skool BBalll reunion will be our best and most spectacular reunion to date and one you don't want to miss! In 2011, the NBA lockout prevented us from taking a tour of the Miami Heat facilities and we were unable to meet some of the Heat players. This year we have submitted a special request through Ronnie Chalmers (RC) and his son Mario Chalmers (Miami Heat's point guard) to coordinate a tour and meeting of players on our behalf.
As of today we are on target to meet all of our financial commitments and deadlines. Participants early planning and deposits were key contributors enabling us to meet contractual obligations. If by chance you or others that you know still plan to attend it isn't too late. Please take the necessary steps now so we are able to plan for and accommodate everyone's needs for a successful reunion.
I have included the basic cost and schedule of activities below for your review. We need to receive your basic cost deposits as soon as possible. The activities and merchandise can be purchased at the point of sale (when you arrive at the reunion), just make sure you identify what you are interested in doing on the registration form. Please ensure that you reserve your rooms as soon as possible there are a limited number of rooms blocked at the 2013 Ole Skool BBall reunion rate. The hotel number for room reservations and my address (Vernon Sampson) are below to send your initial deposits too.
1. The Basic cost is $ $130.00. This cost will cover the Ice Breaker $55.00 and the banquet $75.00.
Note: The cost for the rooms at the group rate is $139.00 plus tax. Please contact the hotel to make your reservations not later than June 30, 2013. The reservations number is 1-888-717-8850, mention Ole Skool Basketball or Group code “AFO”.

Note: Prices are subject to change but we will keep everyone updated of changes. Please use the attached registration form to select the activities you would like to participate in and merchandise you want to purchase send this form along with your payment to our Treasurer. These events and merchandise can be paid ahead of schedule or at the point of sale. Our Treasurer will keep a record of all members payments towards dues, ice breaker, banquets, activities and merchandise.
