AIGA Detroit Summer Book Club-Mobile First
Tuesday, June 5, 2012 from 6:30 PM to 8:30 PM (EDT)
Royal Oak, MI
Summer is the perfect time to kick back with a good book whether it's on the beach while taking in some rays, on a plane to a fun getaway destination or on your living room couch. This is why we're bringing you our first ever Summer Book Club! This summer we will be reading four books on the latest trends in interactive design from A Book Apart.
- Mobile First - May
- Responsive Design - June
- HTML5 - July
- CSS3 - August
During each monthly meeting we will discuss the previous months book. Conversation will be casual and will focus on new things learned, potential applications for the content discussed in the book and lingering questions. The discussion will last for 1-2 hours depending on availability of the participants.
Please bring your book, notes, and any relevant work samples that might further the conversation. We look forward to meeting you!
