Join AIA Denver on Tuesday, Dec. 9, from noon - 1 p.m., for Poul Henningsen – Cultural, Artistic and Political Influences of the Design Avante Garde, an Eat+Educate presented by Louis Poulsen Lighting. The program will be held at the AIA Colorado Office Building in the First Floor Conference Room (303 E. 17th Ave., Denver, CO 80203).

Attendees can earn 1.0 AIA continuing education learning unit (LU). Under the state of Colorado’s rules for continuing education for state licensure renewal, this program does not meet the requirements for 1.0 HSW CEH.

This presentation is a journey through the life of famed Danish Architect Poul Henningsen including his architectural designs, cultural motivations and his impact on mid-century modern design including his famed lighting designs.

This program is free for all AIA Denver members and lunch will be provided by Louis Poulsen Lighting.
