After the High: Spiritual Formation in Teens after Camp/Mission Trips
Wednesday, August 29, 2012 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM (CDT)
Taught by Marvin Daniels, Kids Across America
Summer will soon be drawing to a close, and your church has no doubt taken a youth ministry trip or two this season. These trips are valuable and meaningful experiences in the spiritual formation of your youth. Many may have experienced Christ' love for the first time, re-committed themselves in their walk with Jesus, or been profoundly changed by what they saw and experienced. The next steps in the lives of students are important ones; how to continue their spiritual formation as they come off the "high" of their trip experience. This workshop is led by youth ministry veteran and KAA Director of Leadership Development Marvin Daniels, as he shares his wisdom on continuing the spiritual development "after the trip high."
