Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
No, every registration is unique and therefore not transferrable.
Can I update my registration information?

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
We advise you to bring a printed copy, but no worries if you forget your ticket. We will ask you a few details at the venue to check if you have registered and be granted access if all checks out.
What is the refund policy?
CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing and emailed to: firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax to: +31(0)70 8910409 or mailed to: Cedar Events, P.O. Box 85856, 2508 CN The Hague (the Netherlands). Cancellations received prior to and including 31 October 2013, will receive a refund less a €50 processing fee. Cancellations received after 31 October 2013 are non-refundable. No show = no refund.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
If it's a spelling error, that should not be a problem and can be easily fixed. Please contact our Event Coordinator so she can help you out: email@example.com
